Every Fotofly product is made especially for you. Once your design is confirmed, we begin production right away.
Production time
Most personalised items are ready to ship within 2 to 4 working days.
Estimated delivery times
Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days after shipping
Europe: 2 to 5 working days
International: 7 to 15 working days, depending on destination
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code by email. You can follow your package every step of the way until it arrives.

We work with trusted carriers and carefully pack every order to make sure it arrives safely.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Custom products are made to order and can’t be changed once production begins.
Personalised products
All Fotofly items are made especially for you. Because of this, personalised products cannot be returned for change of mind or design errors submitted by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, we will replace it at no cost.
