We create custom products like prints, posters, mugs and similar items. To do this, we sometimes need your photos and contact details. We only collect what is needed to process your order.

When you upload photos

We collect the images or artwork you upload. These files are used only to create your products.

When you contact support

Any messages you send to us, including email or chat details.

We never collect more than we need. We do not sell or rent your data.

We do not use your photos for marketing unless you give us permission.

  • Order details are kept as long as required by Dutch and EU tax laws.
  • Uploaded photos are kept only for production and short-term storage. Once production is complete, they are deleted after a reasonable period unless you request earlier removal.
  • Emails and support conversations are stored only for customer service history.

If you want your photos removed sooner, just email us.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have several rights. You can:

  • request a copy of your data
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • ask us to delete your data when possible
  • ask us to stop using your data
  • withdraw consent for things like newsletters
  • file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority
