Clear, high-resolution photos give the best results. We recommend image size above 2MB for the best looking prints.
Yes. You’ll see a live preview while customising your product so you know how it will look before checkout.
All products are made to order. Production usually takes a few working days before shipping. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer. In such case, we inform you in advance.
Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code so you can follow your package.
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a tracking code by email so you can track your delivery.
Because each product is made specifically for you, changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
You may make a change to your order and address details within (12) hours of purchase. Please contact support@fotofly.nl as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will notify you when the requested changes have been made.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement if needed.
Since all products are personalised, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Your payment information is never stored by us.
